To start the work it is necessary to fix the task and conditions, on the basis of which we will make counter-offer on the cost, time and stages of the project.
Once these terms are finalized. we conclude the contract.
In most cases, we work from a brief that is already prepared before you contact us. If you do not have one, please describe your upcoming project in any format that suits you.
Please include the following details:
- The primary and secondary objectives of the project;
- Your expectations and goals;
- Any available materials or resources that are or will be required for the work;
- The budget and timeline for completion.
We will respond with clarifying questions specific to your project. Once we have this initial information, we can discuss the details of our collaboration via email or a call, whichever is more convenient for you.
Project evaluation is based on the initial conditions known at the start of the work. The cost of the project is directly related to the amount of time required to address the task under these conditions.
This includes time spent on communication, planning, design, and the transfer of materials. Any work that was not identified at the outset and therefore not included in the initial estimate will be charged additionally at the hourly rate.
The project cost includes task formulation, prototyping, design, development, testing, presentation, file delivery, and two weeks of complimentary technical support.
Our experience allows us to guarantee results at the level of our portfolio, as well as timely delivery. Your project will be completed according to the agreements we establish together at the outset.
The final product will be a fully functional website that meets all the specifications of the technical requirements and project brief.
We do not include hypothetical tasks in the initial cost of your project. However, we are always open to accommodating final requests and are willing to make adjustments to the deliverables at no additional charge.
The scope of these adjustments should not exceed 5–10% of the time originally allocated for the task.
